I don't know if there's a similar "I see how both would exist in the same place" for Zionism and gay rights -- maybe something about understanding the need for <a href="http://thejdc.convio.net/site/Calendar?view=Detail&id=137641" rel="nofollow">safe spaces</a> where you don't have to pretend to be something else.<br /><br />I wonder what happens when the people crying "pinkwashing" encounter a <a href="http://www.alarabiya.net/articles/2008/03/26/47448.html" rel="nofollow">fellow hater of Israel</a> who is a fundamentalist Muslim who views Israel's gay rights record as another sign of its wickedness.
