Because Israel isn...There's a Catch-22 here. Because Israel isn't very responsive to Palestinian concerns, its interest in ending the occupation is reduced. If, due to political pressure, it can't bring itself to even police settlers, it seems a slim hope that it can adopt an entire foreign policy built around reigning in settler aggression.joenoreply@blogger.com
