Overhead on the Phone

My girlfriend: "David and I went out to lunch today...."

Yes, I suppose technically our two block walk to Wendy's qualifies as "going out", but I wouldn't have been so bold as to say it.

    Many days I've only stepped outside to enter the Noodles, Inc. directly below my apartment. Two blocks is a trek.
