Squeaky Clean

The United Arab Emirates gets in on the expelling Palestinians action, topping Jordan, which merely stripped their citizenship. So they aren't totally similar, but they are in the sense that I imagine few will care.

Mr. Schraub - I apologize this does not relate to the above topic. However, since Michael Vick seems to be much in the news again, I would welcome some intelligent debate on this. You did have some commentary on this previously; I had to travel to a location without Internet access rendering me unable to participate. I have been unable to find a Michael Vick blog without fanatical, frequently unintelligible rantings.

Thank you for any consideration you may give this request.

What are we debating about again?

"Some Palestinians have already been deported for giving financial aid to family members in Gaza, said an official in the Strip's ruling Hamas movement. Hamas has asked the Arab League to intervene, fearing other Gulf state may follow suit."

Is "financial aid to family members in Gaza" another term for "aid to Hamas," or do you think the expulsion is wholly unrelated to UAE concerns that it will be seen as weak in its enforcement of restrictions on giving money to groups like Hamas and Hezbollah (which would seem to explain the expulsion of Shiite Lebanese)?

Don't have to be a rocket scientist to see I'm not wanted here. How dare I.
