Could someone point me to the part of Obama's speech where he called for a "national conversation" or "national dialogue"? I keep hearing people say he did, but I somehow missed it. I thought he said we need to talk about education, health care, jobs and the war.
Psh. If it's not one thing, it's another. Addicts don't quit cold turkey (In the originalism thread you said "I'm away from blog commenting for a while after today", which, unless "awhile" means "a weekend", appears to have been a less-than-oracle-esque prediction).
I mean seriously -- now I feel silly for writing that whole sappy retirement email! :-p

You liar. I knew you couldn't stay out of the game for long. :-p
Election exasperation exemption. I live with a Republican and I have to get it out somewhere.
