Wow, I hate to see how out-of-touch with his base Rep. Brooks has gotten. The phrase--nay, hashtag--he's reaching for is #WhiteGenocide, which includes, along with the horror of subjecting white people to sometimes seeing people who aren't white, suggesting that some white people might actually be racist.
